Check out this site which has results from recent polls on the top issues that Americans care most about. As you can see, health care is a huge concern for many Americans and affected their vote on Election Day.

Also--the first poll listed is a Newsweek poll that shows Americans believe allowing the gov't to negotiate with drug companies for lower drug prices should be a top priority.
