Letter to HHS and USDA Re: Safety Risks in Infant Formula

Consumers Union is concerned about safety risks in infant formula produced in the United States and urges FDA to move quickly during the administrations' transition period to expand testing of forumla and recall all products that test positive for melamine or its analogues including cyanric acid.
