Letter to HHS Re: Prescription Drug Plan Performance Information

We fully understand that this is the initial effort at providing quality comparison information in the first year of a massive new program involving literally billions of pieces of information, and that the system will evolve in future years. We have examined a sample of this data and offer observations in the hope that future ‘editions’ will be even more valuable for beneficiaries and those who assist them.
