Tax-Exempt Hospitals: Discussion Draft

This discussion draft is released by the Senate Committee on Finance – Minority as a staff document. The document reflects proposals for reform in the area of non-profit hospitals based on staff investigations and research as well as input from tax and health care attorneys and policy analysts. This document is a work in progress and is meant to encourage and foster additional discussion as the Finance Committee continues to consider possible legislative reform in this area.
