The Cameron Gulbransen, Kids and Cars Safety Act: Safety Groups Respond to the Misleading Claims By the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers

A number of important child safety issues were addressed in the Safe, Accountable, Flexible and Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) (2005). However, further legislation is needed to correct three specific problems that continue to ause tragic deaths and injuries to children.
